Promotion of faculty members
Managing complex promotion processes
The process of promoting faculty members is often a time-consuming process due to the large number of documents required and the complexity of the steps. The large volume of physical documents that must be reviewed in various working groups can create numerous challenges for universities.
The process of promoting faculty members, apart from being complex and requiring a large amount of documents to be collected and submitted for promotion, is also a time-consuming process. The physical documents related to promotion are very numerous and must be reviewed in various working groups.
Review and scoring process
The process of reviewing and scoring information is based on five main categories: service and academic records, cultural activities, educational activities, research activities, and scientific and executive activities.
Integrity and flexibility
The faculty promotion subsystem is fully integrated with the academic resume subsystem. All researcher information, including articles, books, inventions, discoveries, and other scientific achievements, is registered in the system in accordance with the standards of the Ministry of Science and the Ministry of Health and is sent directly to the promotion subsystem for scoring. Also, some information from other subsystems, such as the projects subsystem, is automatically transferred to this section. The presence of options such as form builder, field editor, and report builder along with this subsystem allows all user needs and possible changes in processes to be met dynamically and without the need for programming.
